About me
I partner with professionals who want to navigate change thoughtfully and build sustainable success.
Whether they're leading through organisational change, returning to work after having children, or reflecting on what's next - I create the space for clients to think clearly and make authentic, intentional decisions.
Before becoming a coach I spent over twelve years in financial services, most recently as a Business Manager at Schroders, partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. I gained a deep understanding of what it takes to lead organisations through strategic transformation.
Alongside my professional career I've held a number of volunteer leadership roles within my local community. These experiences - from leading community initiatives and bringing people together during the COVID-19 pandemic to serving in leadership positions within education and the voluntary sector - have strengthened my ability to navigate complexity, inspire collaboration and support people through change.
I am supervised by the Executive Coaching Consultancy where I undertook my coach training. I'm working towards accreditation with the Association for Coaching, and my practice is grounded in its Code of Ethics.
